What equipment do I need for the classes?
As little equipment as possible. Sometimes we’ll use resistance bands or a pilates ball or hand weights for deeper muscle connection. Nothing you can’t replace with alternatives that you can find at home without needing to spend money on fancy equipment. You’ll always find the replacement suggestion in the class description.
Is TotalBody suited for beginners?
Yes. Each class has beginner, intermediate and advance options. Thanks to the low-impact barre method, you can join TotalBody at whatever fitness level you’re at. Additionally to that there’s also a programme made purposefully for beginners called “Back to basics”.
